Do I have to have After Effects
34 of the MOGRTs do not require After Effects to be installed; but 8 do.
Rest assured you won't have to even open AE, but the few 3D titles can't be edited without having AE somewhere on your machine. Just another Adobe quirk :P

Are these render intensive?
Honestly yeah, some of these are pretty hardcore. It's kinda ironic really that for these to be as authentically retro as possible we had to use stacks of effects, some of which will slow down most machines.
Good things come to those who wait so you'll likely need to have some patience no matter what. If you are really concerned about your machine's performance here are the slowest 9 titles to render: 1, 9, 19, 21, 22, 26, 33, 35 & 36.
What software is compatible?
Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro only.
Maybe in the future we will roll these out for Resolve/Fusion and FCP? Get at us if you think you have the chops to replicate these for either program ;)
Are the fonts included?
All of the fonts are from the Adobe Font Library. So that means, if you are connected to the internet, Premiere or After Effects will auto-sync the font for you. No need to manually download anything.
What are the licensing limitations?
You can use these for pretty much anything really. Of course you can't package up any part of the MOGRTs, assets or project file to sell, share or give away, but you can pretty much use these in all of your projects as often as you'd like. We recommend checking out our terms of service for the full details.
These assets have been used in a CNN doco, and lyric videos for Marshmello, Anderson Paak & Hailee Steinfeld just to name a few so projects big and small are welcome.
